Responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests,
Monitor and adhere to all hotel standards, procedures, and code of conduct,
Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests for beverage selection,
Maintain the bar and work area clean and tidy at all times,
Manage beverage stocks and consumption,
Ensure the bar is fully equipped with tools and products necessary for mixing drinks and serving guests,
Keep accurate records of all necessary bar lists,
Take care of HACCP, pest control, and the classification of food and beverage waste disposal,
Execute other tasks and assignments as instructed by superiors,
Requirements:
Secondary professional education,
Computer literacy,
Proficiency in Montenegrin/Serbian and English, Russian and additional languages are a strong asset,
At least 1 year of work experience in similar or related positions.
