Role summary:
Responsible for the daily maintenance, care, and beautification of the green areas within the resort complex. Ensures that all exterior and decorative plant elements are maintained to the highest aesthetic and environmental standards.
Responsibilities:
- Daily maintenance, grooming, and cleaning of the complex’s green areas
- Care of park areas, trimming of hedges, and pruning of both tall and low vegetation
- Watering, loosening soil, planting, transplanting, and fertilizing outdoor landscaping elements
- Mowing lawns and collecting excess debris and materials from green areas
- Applying chemical treatments and plant protection products as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and order of open spaces and walkways within the complex
- Performing planting works for all ornamental greenery in parks and decorative indoor plant arrangements
- Taking care of tools and equipment, ensuring their cleanliness and functionality
