Responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising the activities of staff in restaurants and on beaches;
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the facility in accordance with working hours;
• Ensuring that all employees consistently maintain a high standard of service quality at all times;
• Demonstrating comprehensive familiarity with all offerings on the menu, wine list, and bar list;
• Conducting regular training and education of employees within assigned responsibilities;
• Providing assistance to restaurant staff in serving guests;
• Acting as the host, welcoming and seating guests in the absence of supervisors and hostesses;
• Detailed reporting to superiors on all events in the restaurants verbally and through daily reports;
• Taking care of restaurant inventory and conducting regular control of numbers and supplies;
• Supervising bill entries on POS terminals and tracking orders;
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, sanitary conditions for work, and health measures;
• Implementing and overseeing the meticulous process of regular and general cleaning for workspaces, equipment, and supplies;
• Orchestrating flawless banquet operations, events, and ceremonies;
• In the absence of supervisors and cashiers, responsible for the state of the cash registers;

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same or similar positions;
• Computer literacy;
• HACCP certificate, certificate in knowledge of beverages and wine;
• Good communication skills with proficiency in Montenegrin/Serbian and English, additional languages are a strong asset.
