Role summary:
As a Pool and Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests at the pool and beach areas. You will play a key role in delivering excellent guest service while upholding the hotel’s standards and values.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all hotel standards, procedures, and code of conduct
- Set up sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool and beach area
- Open and close umbrellas as needed based on weather conditions
- Provide clean towels to guests and remove used ones promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization around the pool and beach area at all times
- Align sunbeds and tables to ensure a tidy appearance
- Assist guests with any questions or needs, providing accurate information
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Represent the hotel's values and serve as a role model for colleagues
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English, an additional language is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
