The SPA Manager is responsible for the efficient and smooth functioning of the SPA, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. They will manage staff, create work schedules, review and expand treatments menus, create seasonal offerings and oversee spa services to maintain quality standards.
• Efficiently manage and oversee the daily operations of the SPA to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain work schedules for SPA staff, ensuring appropriate coverage and optimal service delivery.
• Review and expand the SPA's treatment menus, create seasonal offerings, and continuously enhance the SPA's service offerings.
• Supervise SPA services and staff to maintain and improve quality standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance the SPA's reputation.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage the budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to position the SPA as a leading luxury wellness destination.
• Ensure that discerning guests feel their every need is anticipated and that long-lasting relationships with the SPA are cultivated.
Minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a luxury SPA within a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Completion of an accredited program in massage and beauty therapy.
• Prior experience performing massage and beauty treatments at a resort or hotel SPA is preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in other foreign languages is a significant advantage.
