• Monitor and adhere to all hotel standards, procedures, and rules of conduct.
• Accept all duties from section chief, deputy chef, and head chef.
• Regularly check dates on food and semi-finished products.
• Responsible for hygiene in the working area.
• Keep knives sharp, cook according to prescribed recipes.
• Perform all other tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
• Handover/take over the shift from a colleague in the same position.
• Inform the section chief if the shift is not handed over according to the prescribed standard
• Responsible for the quality of dishes and products in their section.
• Try each dish before sending it to the serving position.
• Behave in accordance with the group's values, serving as an example to other colleagues.
• Use kitchen inventory properly and responsibly.
• Report faults and breakages to the sector chief immediately.
• Set up the position according to the section chief's standards.
• Follow kitchen opening/closing procedures.
• Inform the sector chief about the stock status in the kitchen store.
• Execute other tasks and duties as instructed by the direct supervisor.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar positions.
• III/IV level culinary degree.
• Responsible, accurate, independent, and systematic approach to work.
• Ability for logical thinking and easy communication with colleagues and superiors.
